Emily Schmidt Creatives / Model / Actor / Dancer

Emily Schmidt hails from the Hoosier state of Indiana. She is a recent graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, IN, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a minor in Foundations of Management. During her time at Ball State, she had many great opportunities, including performing as

a member of the Ball State Dance Theatre and performing in adjudication concerts at the American College Dance Festival throughout the midwest. In addition, she had many great opportunities during her summer breaks to study at a variety of intensives, including the Great Lakes Dance Festival in Rochester, MI with the Eisenhower Dance Ensemble, as well as the Commonthread Contemporary Dance Company in St. Louis, MO, under the direction of Jen Medina. Not long after graduating from Ball State, she moved to Las Vegas in pursuit of furthering her professional dance career. She is currently teaching at Vegas Cheer Authority/The Dance Authority in Las Vegas.
