HBO’s ‘The Leftovers’ Now Casting for Extras

Producers are now looking for talents to fill in background roles in an upcoming episode for HBO’s television series, The Leftovers.

In line with this, the production team is looking for real people and families of all ages and ethnicities to work as extras in the series.

• Work schedule will be from Mondays to Fridays and will kick start on April 27 and run through September.
• Minimum pay is $64 per day for 8 hours with overtime pay.
• Work days are generally 12 hours, which is equivalent to $112 in stipend.
• Meals and snacks will be provided on the set during workdays.
• This is a part time employment and will not require talents to be present on the set every day.
• Opportunity is available for those who wish to work for one day or for multiple days.

The Leftovers is a television series created by Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta. The series takes place three years after a global event that involved the disappearance of over 140 million people. In the middle of the story is the Garvey family and their acquaintances.
The series is currently in its second season and stars Justin Theroux, Amy Brenneman, and Christopher Eccleston.

• Interested parents of babies who are fit for the roles mentioned above must submit their most recent photos along with your name and contact information, as well as the name of the baby.
• For those who are interested to apply as extras, please submit your most recent photos along with your full name, phone number, email address, city of residence, age, height and weight.
• For owners of RVs, pop ups and camper trucks, please send in photos of your vehicle, and of yourself as well, if you wish to apply as an extra.
• Deadline for submissions is on April 26, 2015.


Newborn Babies
• Hispanic and Native American babies to portray the role of newborn babies in the series.
• This role will only require the babies to be on the set for four hours for one day.
• Small or prematurely-born babies will be a plus for this role.
• The pay for this role is $200.

• The production is also seeking African American babies, who are between two and six months old, to be a part of the series.
• This role is open to single babies, twins and triplets.
• Babies who will be considered for the role will work in the series for four hours on multiple days.
• The babies chosen for the roles will be cared for by a baby nurse on the set.
• Pay rate is $400.

• The casting directors are also in search of old, new or homemade-looking RVs.
• RVs will have an extra pay of $225 dollars per day.
• Please take note that you cannot stay in the RV if it is being used on set.

Pop Ups
• The casting directors are also in search of old, new or homemade-looking pop ups. • Pop ups will get an extra $175 dollars per day.

Campers on Trucks
• The casting directors are also in search of old, new or homemade-looking campers on trucks.
• RVs campers will get an extra $175 dollars per day.
• Please take note that you cannot stay in your camper truck if it is being used on set.
